I had a good winter painting and it's time for some new things. I am working on a calender fo 2009 that will be available in June. I have added a new dog sled print, Munising falls, Superior Shores, July Fireworks from the Ore dock,and 2 autumn paintings. I recieved first place in the Lake Superior Art Association Show, and I am currently working on a one person show. All of my prints are now available in a larger format if needed. I will probably be doing more as time goes by.

I saw alot of cool things and placed orders for the summer season as well as my Christmas order. I thought it would be a good time update my blog.
I have added some finished paintings to the Horse Series,
so be sure to check them out. I have had alot of fun with that series. I hope you enjoy them. I am planning on doing some horse notecards as well.
I updated the Watercolor Paintings group. I have included a few commision pieces, some new landscapes and a piece titled, "The Trail". I did this piece for a client who loved to hike the Appalachian Trail and the struggles he faced dying of cancer. He has passed but the beauty of his message is portayed in that very special piece.
I will do my best to stay on top of this blog. I am planning to do a new set of watercolor notecards.
